Octopus Choice allows you to invest in property-backed loans backed by real bricks and mortar. The majority of loans come from the firm's existing Dragonfly Property Finance Business.
Whilst there is no provision fund, Octopus puts in their own money and takes the first loss as well as providing asset security.
